Third-Party Supplier Requirements

Parc Downsview Park will manage Waste Storage (dumpsters).

Exclusive Suppliers must be used for Event Cleaning and Power:

Power: Herc Rentals, Little Electric Inc.
Cleaning: Bee-Clean

We require Accepted Suppliers in the following areas of event logistics:

First aid
Security
Production
Fencing
Staging
Portable toilets
Locates
Amusement park rides
Fireworks and pyrotechnics (*requires Park approval)

Once an Event Request has been approved, Event Organizers will be asked to provide a list of proposed suppliers for Park approval. Accepted Suppliers MUST meet the following criteria:

Minimum 3+ years and 10+ events of previous event experience in similar size and scope of the event being undertaken
Minimum 2 Letters of reference
Insurance certificate
