Approved Suppliers

We require Approved Suppliers in the following areas of event logistics:

  • Power
  • First aid
  • Security
  • Cleaning
  • Production
  • Fencing and Staging

Once an Event Request has been approved, Event Organizers will be asked to provide a list of proposed suppliers for Park approval. Approved Suppliers MUST meet the following criteria:

  • Previous event experience
    • Minimum 3+ years and 10+ events
  • Min. 2 Letters of reference 
  • Insurance certificate
